The State Affairs Committee submitted a corrected committee                    
substitute for their report (page 688).  The following resolution is

Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska               
to guarantee the permanent fund dividend and to provide for                    
inflation-proofing; and relating to the permanent fund.
